Many E-Mails are sent not to single persons but to a fixed group of recipients, i.e. a project group, a department or a team. This can be done via Contact Groups in which the contact details of all recipients are saved, so you don’t always have to select them one by one. In this Special Topic we will show you how to create and use these Contact Groups.
