When you receive a great amount of e-mails every day, you certainly know how annoying it can be to sort and manage them all manually: First you need to discard all the unimportant stuff and then sort all your mail into the respective folders. In order to process your incoming mail automatically, there is a convenient feature in Outlook called Rules Wizard. It will sort your email by sender, importance or by certain keywords you define. When rules are applied, all incoming mail will be automatically directed to the corresponding folder of your file management system. Now when you open your Outlook in the morning, your email is already pre-sorted. In this Special Topic we show you how to define the according rules.
