Assume you want to show your PowerPoint Presentation in companies or institutes and are not quite sure whether PowerPoint is installed on the companies computers and if you can run your presentation without problems. In this case just copy the PowerPoint Viewer onto the CD and then you can run your presentation on a computer where no PowerPoint is installed.
